Today a mass deputation have been served to V.C, Kalyani University.V.C told us that we met with him appropriate time because Statute of the university will ammened very soon and he assured us that CWTTs degisnation will include in this ammendment.We also send letter  to all Chairman,UG Board of Studies of Kalyani University.The format of the both letter given below.

Sub: Appeal from Contractual Whole Time Teachers

Respected Sir

We, the undersigned CWTTs as recommended and approved by the Government of West Bengal as Per G.O.No.952-Edu (CS) dated 09.12.2010, serving with commitment in the various colleges of the University of Kalyani would like to bring to your notice that the present situation is not sufficient enough to value our service and status.

So, at this position, we humbly place before you the demands for your kind and favorable consideration;

1. Amendment of the university statute and incorporate the provision for including CWTTs in various statutory bodies in colleges under University with voting rights.

2. Allowing active participation of CWTTs in the examination and evaluation process of University and making provisions for participation of CWTTs in refresher and orientation courses.

We, certainly hope that you will take necessary and quick action to do justice to us considering our humble demands.

We therefore request you to take necessary steps to allowed CWTTs in Evalution process.
