A team of CWTT met  VC of Burdwan University to discuss different matters of CWTT.He listened our voice carefully and told, arise this matter to forth coming VC of the University.We will meet forth coming VC after 2nd week of June.All CWTTS under Burdwan University are requested to contact district co ordinator to get information and requested to join the mass deputation for your own interest.

Today a team of CWTTs met  Prof. Dr. Sugata Marjit,Chairman,Higher Education Council,Government of West Bengal and discuss about academic and statutary problem of the CWTTs throughout West Bengal.He listened our problems carefully and told us the University of Calcutta had postpond their senate and syndicate formation regarding the inclusion and participation of the CWTTs in the said body.He appreciated our initiative and efforts in submitting our demands to V.Cs of all University of West Bengal, espicially University of Kalyani,Burdwan Univerity,Vidyasagar University etc.He also sugested us to move to Higher Education Department,Bikash Bhaban,West Bengal for the upgradation of financial and service benifits.We also gave him a demand letter.

Respected Sir,

The following are the CWTTS as recommended and approved by the Government of West Bengal as per G.O. No. 952 Edn(CS) dated 09.12.2010,serving with commitment in the various colleges of West Bengal for the up gradation of excellence in higher education. But every day we are to suffer few problems regarding our service benefit. Therefore we have few demands for the enhancement of service benefit. The demands are annexed here with for your kind perusal.

1) Pay scale to be introduced for CWTTS.

2) Pension, Gratuity and PF to be introduced.

3) Salary to be regularized.

4) Slab per experience to be introduced.

5) CWTTS are to be allowed to present in TC, G.B, Academic Council, Senate, Syndicate etc.

6) CWTTS are to be allowed to participate in evaluation process of examination-mainly examiner, external, moderator, question setter etc.

7) Designation of CWTTS to be changed.

8) EL to be introduced and be saved and ML to be saved for encashment.

9) CWTTS are to be allowed for MRP, study leave with full service benefit.

10) All CWTTS are to be allowed to serve in the same college with full service benefit in respect of advertisement, percentage of marks, conversion etc.

Today  another incedent of humiliation of CWTTS hapened in a college of Midnapur district where Principal told CWTTS that college give three month salary but now college have not enough fund to continue CWTTS salary whereas substansive teacher will continue their full salary from the college fund.apnara ektu watch korben je West Bengal er protiti college e kichu teacher cwtts der ki jano vabche,apnara ektu wait korun amder o time asbe.tobe jodi teaching profession continue kori tahole honourly korbo,teaching e sobai soman.

ATTENTION ALL CWTTS.................

Yesterday  another incedent of humiliation of CWTTS happened in a  college of Kolkata where Principal is not allowed to take recess to  CWTTS where as substantive teachers get this facilities.Principal told CWTTS that they are not eligible for this facilities because they have not any service book.I want to inform  all of you that CWTTS are humiliated different way in different colleges.So our first step is entry to TC & GB.We will visit V.C of the University of Calcutta, next week to clarify status of CWTTS in Statute of the University of Calcutta.
