Today  another incedent of humiliation of CWTTS hapened in a college of Midnapur district where Principal told CWTTS that college give three month salary but now college have not enough fund to continue CWTTS salary whereas substansive teacher will continue their full salary from the college fund.apnara ektu watch korben je West Bengal er protiti college e kichu teacher cwtts der ki jano vabche,apnara ektu wait korun amder o time asbe.tobe jodi teaching profession continue kori tahole honourly korbo,teaching e sobai soman.

ATTENTION ALL CWTTS.................

Yesterday  another incedent of humiliation of CWTTS happened in a  college of Kolkata where Principal is not allowed to take recess to  CWTTS where as substantive teachers get this facilities.Principal told CWTTS that they are not eligible for this facilities because they have not any service book.I want to inform  all of you that CWTTS are humiliated different way in different colleges.So our first step is entry to TC & GB.We will visit V.C of the University of Calcutta, next week to clarify status of CWTTS in Statute of the University of Calcutta.

To day a team of CWTTS visit University of Kalyani and meet V.C,Controller of Examination,Chairman, All Board of Studies and send letter to all Chairman of Board of Studies for  engagement of CWTTS in evaluation process.We hope we will get prestigious status in evaluation process.

Today our effort have been successful. We, the undersigned CWTTs as recommended and approved by the Government of West Bengal as Per G.O.No.952-Edu (CS) dated 09.12.2010, serving with commitment in the various colleges of your University would like to bring to your notice that the Statute of Kalyani University does not mention anything about Contractual Whole Time Teachers. We would therefore request you to take necessary steps to designate us as CWTT in the University statute.

We, the undersigned CWTTs & PTTs as recommended and approved by the Government of West Bengal as Per G.O.No.952-Edu (CS) dated 09.12.2010, and G.O no.751-ED(CS), dated 21.09.2010 respectively are serving with commitment in Kalyani Mahavidyalaya. The statue of the University of Kalyani,Chapter-V,ST.3.(MC)-(g) page no. 104 mentions’“ the whole time Teachers, Librarians and Physical instructors of the college holding appointments against post approved by the State Government or any competent authority. As earlier mentioned CWTTs are also recommended and approved by the Government of West Bengal.

Again, according to Statute  of the University of Kalyani,(Chapter II, ST.3(CT)- 2,page 118). Relevant state Government Order deem fit. Since PTTs are approved by the Government of West Bengal  G.O no.751-ED (CS), dated 21.09.2010.We are eligible to be included in the Teachers’ Council of  Kalyani Mahavidyalaya.

Hence we the CWTTs &PTTs therefore, request you to allow our active participation in Teachers’ Council of  Kalyani Mahavidyalaya.
